Here for sale is a genuine Sheffield Solid Silver letter opener which bears the Bright Vine pattern. The piece has a genuine steel blade which has a mirrored finish.The handle is hallmarked with the letter q for 1908 along with the Lion and the Crown and the Makers mark which is JY which is the makers mark for Yates Brothers. The Silver handle on the peice is in fantastic condition for its age as you can see in the photos the marks are good. The letter opener is 22 cm in length and weighs 27.5 grammes. This item is boxed as you can see in the photos for yourself or as a gift.
