Beautiful Burr Walnut Stereo Viewer dating to C1870. The viewer is in very good condition and gives good clear vision to any stereo cards. The glass lenses are in good condition being free from scratches or cracks. The front lens plate is hinged so that the glass lens can be cleaned, there is a lift up flap with a mirror on the underside to enable more light to be reflected onto the cards. The viewer is of superb quality but I cannot find a makers name on it. It measures 19cms max width x 16cms x 10cms. This truly is a viewer of Beauty and is lovely to use, display or give as a gift.
