Description Abeautiful antique Persian solid silverfiligree-work snuff box in lovely condition and dating from around 1900. Excellent quality genuine silver example, complete with its original tight fitting pull-off silver lid and is all-over decorated with fine silver filigree overlay. Has astunning polished carnelian agate stone inset into the top. There are no addedpersonal engraved inscriptions. Weighs approx. 47 grams.

Date Antique Persian solid silver, hallmarked with a \"92.5\" stamp denoting 925 sterling grade solid silver, and also has the makers mark \"I G\" within an oval stamp. 100% guaranteed antique solid silver.

ConditionLovely condition, no splits or cracks to the silver, no solder repairs and no nasty knocks ordents, just a couple of minor shallow age-related surface bruises, really nothing much. The silverpull-off lid is definitely original and isa good tight fit.The silver filigree work is in great condition, no nasty losses or splits and the inset carnelian agate is undamaged. Very nice quality and with no engraved personal engraved monograms.
