Description A really stunning English antiqueArt Decosolid sterling silvergiltvanity setretailedby the silversmiths Mappin & Webb, housed in its original triangular leather caseand with full English silver hallmarks for London 1925.Superb qualitygenuine91 year oldset, all original, consisting of 3 faceted crystal glass bottles with gilded sterling silver lids and also has its face puff. Comes in its triangular black leather fitted case, with gilded lid hinge, original mirror and has a purple silk divided interior. It hangs from the original link chain and the exterior brass lock works perfectly and it comes with its key. Small period engraved Deco monogram on lids.

Retailed by \"Mappin & Webb, Regent Street, W\".ConditionLovely condition, no splits or cracks to the silver lid, no repairs and no nasty knocks or dents, a couple of teeny bruises on one lid, honestly nothing. The gilding is virtually 100% intact and the faceted glass bottles are undamaged. Even the gilding on the lid hinge is as new. The triangular mirror is undamaged and the interior partitioned silk lining is in good condition, just a bit of age wear.The exterior black leather is in excellent condition, the brass lock is original and works perfectly and it evens comes with its key. Hangs from the original gilt chain. Beautiful quality set and a superb triangular shape, direct from a private estate. Have never seen another like it.Shipping and packing and rates
