You are offerding on an antique copy of a 16th century Italian embossed parade burgonet. It is covered with mythical figures and all sorts of other detailed embossments. The original was probably made by one of the members of the Negroli family, possibly FrancesscaNegroli. It has a great look for display and if you like arms and armour this one is truly the elegance of the Renaissance.It fits my head nicely and I wear approximately a 7 3/8. An original of this type would cost well over a quarter of a million dollars. Please see pictures and email with any questions.
