BEAUTIFUL Russian? Teal/White Enamel Sterling Silver Spoon - 13g, 4.5\"

This spoon has a gold gilt with a fabulous real and white swirl design from the tip of the handle to the bowl of the spoon. The enamel is in great shape except for the small missing piece at the base of the handle. Also is appear the bowl is slightly off center from the handle.

This is a gorgeous enamel spoon that we believe is Russian. It came with that set we sold not too long ago but we are unfamiliar with its marks so we decided to sell it separately. 

The mark appears to have the Russian Eagle, and then a 980A?

About 4.5 inches long and 13 grams.
