ITEM: Beautiful Victorian Sterling Silver Trinket/Pill/Snuff Box dated 1886 by George Heath, known silversmith creating smoking accessories in London from 1880-1910. This has a removable lid, with unique lobed edges, v-shaped design on the lid and an elaborate Monogrammed Crest (possibly Masonic). On the body of the box, a Maker\'s Mark of GH and the \"L\" date for 1886, to include a left facing female bust (Queen Victoria), Lion\'s Passant for Sterling Silver and what appears to be a cat\'s face (Leopard face for London Assay Office). The lid has similar markings. It is 2\" in diameter and 1 1/4\" tall and weighs 1.25 ounces. CONDITION: A few light dings on the bottom, but otherwise in outstanding shape for its age. Another Top Quality item. Lid fits securely, so it should contain its contents without loss. It is a beautiful box as you can see by the pictures. A very unique design. Well before its time...
