It appears that this projector has seen some very gentle use, but has been very well cared for.
Everything works and all you need to add are your old 8mm movies.
It has a Bell & Howell 1 inch lens that is nice and clear.
It runs great and projects nice and bright.
This model has “Off, Motor & Lamp\" control, \"Forward/Still/Reverse\", Focus, Fine Focus, Speed Control, Hand advance,Elevation controland Framer.It also has a self rewinding cord and a Room Lamp plug in on the back.
The original Bell & Howell 400\' Auto Take Up reel is included.THIS PROJECTOR IS FOR STANDARD 8MM FILMS AND WILL NOT WORK WITH SUPER 8MM FILMS.
This is a heavy duty professionally built, all metal projector – No plastic here (except for the Lexan auto load guides) that is loaded with every option!
The cast metal housing (case) fits perfect and has a few minor rubs and has done a great job keeping this machine nice and clean.
The power cord is in very good condition and its rewind function still works.
As with any old appliance, although I have tested it out, it is sold “As Is”.
The DCA bulb is used but working, but there is no guarantee to its lifespan as once the element is heated, it is extremely fragile.This would look awesome in a movie room and will look great next to a poster of a vintage movie of the same era!Don’t miss out on the opportunity to own this highly desirable projector!
