Benjamin Harrison was elected as the 23rd president, and Levi Morton was seated as the 22nd Vice President. The ribbon is in VERY good condition with a pin back attachment point. The tassels at the bottom are actual metal. Please use the many photos supplied to judge the condition of this rare ribbon for yourself.
