A RARE AMERICAN WROUGHT IRON ADJUSTABLE SAWTOOTH TRAMMEL CANDLE HOLDER WITH VERY RARE ADDED RUSH HOLDER END. New England, circa 1750-1780 in THE BEST OLD BLACK PAINTED SURFACE AND PATINA AND NEAR PERFECT CONDITION.

THEBEST FORM, IT HAS ASHEPARD'S CROOK HOOK WITH A PIG TAIL CURL. A NARROW SAWTOOTH CUTOUT ADJUSTABLE TRAMMEL ENDING IS A SINGLE CANDLE HOLDERWITH A PETAL CUT DRIP PAN AND A ROLLED CANDLE CUP AND AN ADDED SCISSORS HINGED RUSH LIGHT OR SPLINT HOLDER.

THE SURFACE IS ALL ORIGINAL WITH LARGE AMOUNTS OF THE ORIGINAL BLACK PAINT STILL INTACT.
