This vintage 60\'s-70\'s dress has a pastel floral pattern. It has a high waist and sleeves that poof out to blouse over the cuffs that close with 3 buttons. The dress buttons closed up the front with 19 fabric covered buttons, the last button is 11\" from the hemline. At the waist there is a hidden metal hook that secures onto a threaded loop. There are threaded belt loops but I do not have the belt that probably came with it, see the back of the dress for the large belt loops made of the dress fabric, they are large enough for a 3\" wide belt. There is no stretch to the fabric and this dress is lined.

This vintage dress is in good, gently used, clean condition.
