BLACK ROOSTER WALL PLAQUES

Two vintage chalkware wall plaques, the larger measuring about 10 x 7 inches, the smaller about 8 x 6 inches. Very artistic and somewhat abstract in design, almost Dali-esque. Excellent condition; the backs of each piece have two large holes, and you can see they are hollow inside. Some paint erosion on back. The fronts are excellent, no chips or cracks. Very slight erosion of paint in a couple spots, but this could be easily touched up. Undetermined date of production, likely 1960s or earlier. Very nice collectible pieces overall.
