These are universal fit right or left hand. For a right hand axe the flat side of the blade is to the left with the beveled side to the right the offset handle will curve out to the right. To make it an left hand axe remove handle and flip axe over so that the flat side is now to the right and the beveled side is now to the left. Turn handle around 180 degrees so that the offset is now curving out to the left. Since there are numerous different brands of axes each with a different eye size, fitting work will be required for each one by the buyer. You may hang your axe head right or left or leave a large wedge in the bottom that can be taken out so you can change the hand if you like.
