- DESIGN: A very unique and versatileearly O. C. White Industrial Machine Lamp design circa 1906. The telescoping lamp arm angle articulates virtually 360 degrees from the heavily weighted base via a large ball joint type bearing and offers further adjustment of the socket/shade assembly via a smaller joint assembly at the socket. Manufactured primarily of Brass with a rare original Bronze plating throughout, all extremely well engineered and machined. Manufactures mark and patent date markings are clearly evident on the ball joint assembly and the socket joint coupling.
- CONDITION: This impressive lamp is in superb original condition, completely intact andfully functional. Slight finish wear with no damage or repair issues aside from a few blemishes/small dings to the weighted base shroud. Original push through socket has been inspected and is functional and safe, power cord has been replaced with braided cotton wrapped insulated wire. Original Bronzed bulb shaped shade is in equally fine condition...this gem was discovered packed away in its original shipping box and looks like it was probably used just briefly, then packed away for 100 years...doesn\'t get any better than that!
- DIMENSIONS: The lamps telescoping arm alone adjusts from 12\"-19\" tall with the base width of 6.5\", the shade is 5\" long…filament bulb is NOT included.
