BUZZ RICKSON'S WATCH WRIST BUSHIP U.S.N. Vintage Reproduction Model Brand New
This military watch was a special waterproof watch developed for the members of UDT = Underwater Demolition Team in the 1940's and 1950's, at that time it was produced by Hamilton and Elgin and delivered to the military.
The crown part is protected with a large screw-in type waterproof cap with packing, it is also the feature of this model.
Also, "BUSHIP" stamped on the dial and the back lid is an abbreviation for "Bureau of Ships", which means a ship station.
This reproduction version reproduces the color-burned type due to the secular change of the light accumulation.
