For sale isa very nice BAKERS POINTER 9ct gold propelling pencil

It is inplain goldwith Birmingham assay marks for 1926

It is stamped BAKERS POINTERPENCIL with PAT 144966

It is also stamped EB for Edward Baker and Reg No 576216 and 9ct.

Edward Baker & Sons was establishedin the 1830`s but not recorded as a Birmingham pencil maker until 1904. Theirproducts are of a very quality.

This pencil is in very good condition with no dings.

It is fitted with a lead and isfunctioning.

This Pointer pencil was a BakerFlagship model and includes a unique feature when the terminal is unscrewed containinga pencil sharpener.

110 m in length it has a grossweight of 26.8g

The pencil is fitted with a long length of lead which is propelled/retracted by twisting the end terminal. It is fully useable.
