Made for Disney by the American Pottery Company in Los Angeles in 1946, my mother bought this set at Disney World in 1946. This is the full set of Bambi, Faline, Flower, Thumper and Girlfriend. They are all in excellent condition with minor crazing in the glaze. These are the larger version and the most sought after of all the sets. In fact due to the fragile long legs on the deer, they are nearly impossible to find. Usually single figurines can cost upwards of $150 per character. I understand this set usually appraises at about $1000 for the full set. I will start it at a lower amount and see where it goes. Buyer pays fully insured shipping, I ship anywhere.
