Brand new poster this was never displayed or hung or framed. It has been safely in storage in a wide poster tube since it was purchased in January 2009. Huge poster, 24x36\". The photos do not do justice to the bright colors and detail. This is a great gift for your favorite Obama supporter as he finishes out his two terms. Perfect nostalgia to wrap up the 2009-hopeful era to the 2016-proud era and going to into the 2017-OMG era. Shepard Fairey designed poster, the official follow up to his Hope poster that was iconic on the 2008 campaign and the Yes We Did poster that was revealed after Obama\'s election night win. This one celebrates the Inauguration Day of Barack Obama and Joe offeren on January 20 2009. This is an official poster that was only available through the Obama store during Inauguration. They sold out quickly. This is NOT the signed/numbered version but the less expensive version. It is printed on thinner posters than most concert silk screens, a very nice off white paper. Unfortunately when these were sent out from the Obama online store, they were not packaged very well and almost all of them have some form of slight damage to them. This one has a few tiny dings around the edge, and some warps (for lack of better term), NOT folds, across certain parts of the poster. But it is still better than many I have seen on in the past and this has become quite a rare item to see hit , actually a quick look at completed items makes me realize this one is in really pretty great condition! Hardly any edge dings compared to others. You really have to get the light to hit just right and be looking for it to see any of the slight damage. None of it should be visible once framed or even just displayed on the wall flat. I notice them the most when it is rolled up on the back where there is no image. I have tried to photograph the poster with close ups and pinpoint the small damaged areas so please scroll through all the pictures to see what I am talking about. Your average collector won\'t notice much, but if you are a poster collector like I am they may be a big deal to you. :) any questions please ask.
