You are looking at a beautiful ornate porcelain inkwell set, hand painted in very nice colors with floral design, in excellent condition. There is no Marks, it is probably German Dresden porcelain from circa very early 1900\'s. Dimensions; length 10-1/4\" depth 7-3/4\" height 3\".
