DescriptionA stunning Englishantiquesolid sterling silver& faux tortoiseshell table/powder box by the silversmith Corke & Apthorp - (1917-1927), in excellentclean condition andwith fullEnglish silver hallmarks for London 1921. Superbquality genuine 96 year old example, a lovely circular silver box with a hinged silver and faux tortoiseshell lid and is decorated with beautiful inlaid silver pique-work. Inside it is complete with its original undamaged interior mirror and also has an antique powder puff. As a bonus there are no added personal engraved monograms or initials.
