This is a beautiful handcarved Haitian picture made from mahogany. It is an amazing 4 foot by 2 footlarge plaque. While in the military Igot to travel around the world and found many unique works of art that I justhad to have. I brought back a few handcarved pieces to the states. Skilfullycarved, it is covered with wonderful depictions of Haitian people working. Thereis some signs of separating which naturally occurs with tropicalhardwoods. These separation are hardly noticeabledue to the intricacy of this piece. This is a truly amazing one-of-a-kind uniquewall hanging. You may never see anotherlike this! I really hate to give thisone up. It is my favorite art piece thatI own and would not offer it for sale if money was not an issue. Please no returns on this item.
