My Mother, 89,loved this tile!!! It was her favorite!! She collected...everything(!!!) but she really loved tiles!! As stated in the above information, when we moved into our house, back in 1965, there was 1 casualty during the move, this tile!!! My Mother was heartsick!! It has been professionally repaired and has hung on her bedroom wall ever since. I am listing this at a lower price because of this. It is still hanging there now. It is still absolutely beautiful. It was done by Isaac Broome, an acclaimed tile artist around the turn of the century. If thereare any markings, I do not know as I didn\'t removed the backing. My Mother, 89, had this piece custom framed. All her framing was done by the same shop that does all the framing for the Philadelphia Museum of Art. My Mother had 2 boutiques and was a well known interior designer in this area for many years. She also wrote a column on antiques for a magazine and 2 newspapers. This tile measures approximately just under 19\" x 7\" and has a depth of about 1\".
