The silver is beautifully embossed in a typical style of the era with raised delicate flowers and a vacant cartouche.The frame has a polished wooden back and strut enabling portrait photographs to be displayed, complete with a genuine moire watered silk lining.The finest purity unalloyed 999 silver has a depth of colour not found on lower grade 925 silver items.
