‘Britanniaunique’

This is a beautiful sterling silverand crystal inkwell made in Englandcirca 1900. The really heavy cut crystal of the highest quality is in very goodantique condition as pictured, it has the original crystal liner. Diamond cutcrystal bottom. The silverwork of the hinged lid is in general very goodantique condition with normal slight signs of use and age, hinge in very goodworking order but slightly loose...mentioned for completeness but do notdetract. It is fully hallmarked ‘L&S’ (with rubbing), ‘Anchor’, ‘LionPassant’ and ‘k’ (1909), it is also marked at the interior of the lid ‘LionPassant’ and ‘k’. It measures 3”by 3” by 2¾” high, it weighs 20.97 ozor 594.5 grams.
