Exceptional Pilkingtons Royal Lancastrian Vase - Elegant Shape - \'Souffle\' Type Glaze - c.1930\'s
A quite exceptional Pilkingtons Royal Lancastrian vase. Wonderful shape to this tall and elegant piece with the slightly dimpled base giving the vase a singularly unique feel. The vase has a superb Ruskin like \'Souffle\' type glaze that results in a delightful explosion of cascading colour. To the base is the Royal Lancastrian England impressed mark and the impresed number 2786.

Condition
In excellent condition. Mentioned for complete accuracy are two shallow losses to the glaze at the very bottom of the footrim completely inconsequential and probably there from manufacture. A quite superb piece and a wonderful opportunity for the discerning collector.
