You are considering this beautiful custom antique vintage arm chair. It has been in our living room and seldom has been used. The chair is in very good used condition. It is a good size for people with long legs, and comfortable.
The cushion has one small spot on each flip side of it. I gently removed almost all of the one spot but have not tried to remove the other spot. I am not sure if it can be cleaned out.The last 2 pictures show the spot areas.

The chair has beautiful original upholstery and lots of amazing detail including wooden accents.
Our home has double entrance doors for easy removal. We don\'t smoke and do not have pets.
The chair is also listed on Chicago Craigslist and will be removed from this site of it sells.
