Beautiful NAPCOWARE 3-D Cardinal plate. Plate is about 8 inches across. This plate came from an Aunt\'s Estate, a non-smoking home. This plate is in very good shape and hung on the wall for years. The handcraft is something you just don\'t see in plates made today. I\'m guessing maybe 60\'s or so. No chips or cracks.
