This item is used, and I am not the original owner. I cannot guarantee that it came from a pet or smoke free home, although my home is smoke free.

Please assume that any and all codes or digital items for this game have already been used / redeemed by previous owners, and are not included in this sale.

All games I sell are NTSC-U (North American), unless specifically stated above.

I am a collector myself, so I try to ship games how I would want them shipped to myself.

Most single games or smaller items ship in a DVD sized bubble mailer, and ship first class with tracking through USPS. Bigger items such as game systems normally ship in boxes, and are either shipped Priority, or Parcel Select.

Any game that comes with the original cardboard box (NES, SNES, N64, Etc.) will either be flattened and placed between sturdy cardboard flaps, or shipped securely in a sturdy box with some type of padding (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc).Payment:

PayPal or Cash (With Local Pick Up) are the only accepted forms of payment.

Immediate payment through PayPal is required to purchase an item with a Buy It Now price.

If you are the winning buyer of an sale, payment is due within 4 days of winning; after 4 days, an unpaid item case will be opened.

I only ship to the United States currently; I apologize for the inconvenience. Please do not ask for shipping to any other country.

Refunds:

You have 30 days from receiving the item to contact me for a refund. After 30 days, the sale is final, and there are no returns accepted or refunds given.

Refunds are only given after the item has been returned in the condition in which it was sold.

Buyer is to pay return shipping.

Refunds are only give if there is a problem with the item itself. An accidental purchase, buyer\'s remorse, buying on approval, changing your mind, or finding the item cheaper after purchasing from me are not valid reasons for a return or refund.

When returning an item for a refund, you MUST provide me with a tracking number.
