Letters without registered will be shipped on Your own risk. Many letters has been lost by shipping in history.

Normal letters can\'t refund, I have no tracking number.They can\'t refund by postal System.

When the letters marked on , the letter has been shipped. All letters has been shipped after the Money has been arrived.

When the letterhas been not arrived after 4 weeks, the letter has been lost. Registered letters want to refund, I have the tracking number

I will not refund items by normal mail my insurance only cover the broken or lost item registered.
