I dislike readinglong disclaimers as much as you do as I buy on myself; but if youhave never been a seller, you may not realize why sellers need to include allthe information they do. I have made this easy and quick guide as my NEWdisclaimer and I think it pretty much covers it all=

2.You must ask any questions regarding the item or ask for more pictures BEFOREsale end time that gives me enough time to post or answer any questions…….30minutes before sale end is not reasonable time to do this.

3.You intend to leave me response in the positive if all goes well. Positiveverbal response yet short star content makes no sense. Be reasonable withhonest understanding. If I make you happy all the way, then the stars shouldshine brightly!

4.You pay quickly within 3 days.

5.What you do not know about certain rules, you must look up yourselfsuch as; global shipping, etc. so you fully comprehend any and all terms so youoffer wisely.

6.Be nice …I am human with mistake making capabilities and can work out anyproblem one on one early without intervention. I really do work themout…see my response!

7. Your opinions and mine can vary so I ask youto view up close the pictures available to avoid any confusion. No reason to beconfused….pictures speak 1,000 words.

Myresponsibilities as a seller-

1. My pictures must be fairly clear and showany flaws (if any) I can see.

2. Mail your item to you asap. Weekends, anyfamily illness or holidays stop me from being the “asap”.

3. If pkg needs insurance, I insure it from myend. No cost to you.

4. I will place a non-pay buyer on my blockedlist, which means one cannot offer on any of my items ever again. (fool me onceonly!)

5. List any flaws I notice but I may miss,just honestly, something and am human. I must be reasonable just as I expectyou to be. A mistake will arise sooner or later from either side of thecomputer.

6. Wrap item the best possible to prevent anydamage in transit.

7. I choose the best mode of delivery to getpkg to you safely…;it may be FedEx, usps, or any other I deem better that fitsitem weight or measurements vs cost.

8. Item must be as I describe it and showenough pictures to help that description.

9. I do report nonsense, abuse, and rulebreaking immediately to .
