I just love vintage holiday decorations,especially Halloween and Christmas. Often though the things I want are out of my budget or just simply can't be bought. Ever look through the popular magazine and wonder where did they get that? I did. So I took to making my own and in my search for supplies I've come across quite a few of excellent quality that I've used and can vouch for.
This listing is for 9 feet of Bethany Lowe Ivory paper festooning. When I look at this I just see craft projects! I see party hats being trimmed, vintage style ornaments being made. And it's that wonderful winter white color. If you're someone with an off white shabby holiday decor I know you'll have a use for this! 9 feet long and about an inch and a half wide.
