Beautiful Birmingham silver chamberstick and snuffer, by Robinson, Edkins and Aston, 1841.
Very attractive segment style tray with the short candlestick housed in the centre - the sconce sits upon a trophy style stem. The sconce rim replicates the design of the base tray.The decorated handle and snuffer receiver is strong.The conical snuffer is blackened inside - this is an authentic period piece that has been used.
The hallmarks situated underneath the tray are good and clear, the hallmarks on the snuffer are more worn but are the same as the main piece.
The tray diameter is approx. 10cm, it\'s about 6cm high and the weight is approx. 163g.
