- We can not change the shipping address that you chose at checkout. This is against policy, and there is no way to alter this after checkout. - We try very hard to accurately describe every item we sell. A lot of times our descriptions will seem brief, but we will tell you to refer to the photos. We try to take high quality, clear, photos so you can judge the item for yourself. Item condition all comes down to personal judgement and what one person would describe as “excellent” another will describe as just “good” This is our job and we take it seriously. If you feel we have missed something, please feel free to contact us and we will take care of it.
- Bundled Items/Accessories - If we are selling a used item, the only accessories that are included are what is seen in the photos. Generally speaking, what you see is what you get. If it is not shown in the photos or mentioned in the description, we do not have it. If we did, it would be included.
- If you have any technical questions about an item’s features or functions, your best course of action would be to contact manufacturer or research your question on their website before contacting us. They would know best.
- Not all manufacturer warranties are supported by 3rd party vendors. Your best bet would be to check with the manufacturer.
- All items ship within three business days. Most of the time it will be faster than this, but three days max. Items purchased over the weekend will not ship until the following week. If there is a delay in shipment we will contact you. Holidays or days there is no mail do not count as business days.
- Payment is due within three days of sale end.
- We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to third parties that will. We will not forge customs documents as well.
- PayPal is our only accepted form of payment.
