The diamond must be returned within 14 days from the date is was received, and it must be in it\'s original condition.
The diamond must not be damaged.
If the diamond was set in jewelry it must not have been sized (excluding special orders).

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment whether wire transfer or Paypal.
