Black Man Dances Mississippi Steamboat Dock Beautiful 1940s Children\'s Art Print:
$24.95

This printis from a rare children’s book, circa early 1940s. It depictsthe docks of the Mississippi, where a Black African American man sings and dances, while another sits on cotton bales and plays a banjo. The caption beneath the illustration reads: \"The Rustabouts Danced and Sang After Loading the Old River Steamboats.\"

This color print is on thick pebbled papers with wonderful color. The color is actually richer and deeper than my scan shows. It has text on the back, but the text is not visible through paper. The page has a slight creamy tone from age.

The page measures approx. 9.25x11 inches, and the actual image area is about 7.75x8.5inches (19.5x21.5 cm).

This is NOT a recent copy or modern reproduction, but a GENUINE antique item.

All prints are delivered in an archival sleeve and packed flat with heavy cardboard or rolled in a sturdy tube. I stand behind my products and offer a FULL REFUND if you think the product does not match the description in any way.

I will combine shipping on multiple purchases (charging only the single highest shipping cost).
