It is black with pretty tole painted flowers in deep rose, gold and white.
Romantic, pretty, functional, and in great condition!
No rust or dents, very minor surface scuffs.
Measures 10 3/4\" x 5 1/2\" x 2 1/4\".
Has hanging holes on back or use on a table.
Has a removable top - just take Kleenex tissues from their paper box and place inside this metal one.
