We always recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized for ‘comfort fit’ bands in same ‘width’.
What are comfort fit bands?Comfort fit bands are domed (rounded) on the inside. These bands commonly use more material than standard fit bands. The domed shape allows the ring to be worn very comfortably as opposed to standard fit bands with flat interiors that often pinch or irritate the skin.
How do I find my size?
There is no way for us to size someone over the internet and we do not recommend ‘self-sizing’ at home. As always, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized for comfort fit bands in the same width. The average ring size for men is size 10 and the average for women is size 7. All buyers are responsible for their own ring size selection. Some of the following techniques are not guaranteed to be accurate ways of sizing, but they are common methods used when ordering online. - A. Visit your local jewelers to be sized. Ask to try on comfort fit rings in same width until you find the best fit [This the recommended method]
- B. If you know your standard fit size, it is common to order a half size smaller when purchasing comfort fit bands from a jeweler. However, the width of the rings must ‘match’ in order for this method to be accurate. For example, if your standard fit ring is a ‘Size 10 in 8mm width’, then your comfort fit size is a ‘Size 9.5 in 8mm width’. This reason widths must match is because wider rings will have more surface area and feel tighter, whereas thinner rings have less surface area and feel looser.
- C. Using printable sizer or \"string\" method at home [NOT recommended].
- Ring is the only form of payment accepted. Guests can still complete payment using Credit, Debit, or eCheck via Paypal without the need to register an account. Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase or winning offer. We reserve the right to cancel any order if no payment is received within 48 hours of winning offer. Items are only shipped upon clearance of payment by customer’s bank.
International orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment and typically deliver within 9-15 business days. This does NOT include any delays caused by foreign customs or delivery couriers. Please be patient as we cannot control these factors after the item is shipped. Lifetime warranty claims incur a nominal charge of $9.95 USD for domestic customers ($11.95 USD for international customers) and includes any repair and/or replacement, as well as shipping of the replacement ring via USPS with tracking/delivery confirmation. Items cannot be exchanged for different style unless original design is no longer available.
*We do not offer custom engraving. Tungsten jewelry must be engraved using special laser engraving due to the hardness of the metal. Please note, engraving your item will void any returns, exchanges, and warranties offered.
- Ring & Exchanges:
Returns/Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. All items and accessories must be returned in brand new unused condition with no signs of use or wear (i.e. damage or scuffing) to qualify for refund. Refunds do not include original shipping cost (our cost to ship). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we are at fault. A 15% restocking fee may apply to any opened or used items. Items found to be D.O.A. or defective can be exchanged for a new replacement. Please contact us for return/exchange instructions before sending any item.
Size Exchanges (Domestic):
We do not charge for first domestic exchanges (one per household). Each additional exchange incurs $3.00 charge to be applied towards shipping of new item via USPS with tracking/delivery confirmation. Any price difference of item will be credited or billed to original payment. When applicable, outstanding balances are due prior to new item shipping. In addition, rings sent in a letter envelope will not feed through post office sorting machines and can lead to damage or lost ring. It is recommended to ship from your local post office using a padded mailer or simply use the original packaging it arrived in. Adding tracking to shipment is highly recommended, but not required.
