For your consideration is this rare Bob Secakuku hand craftedsterling, turquoise and coral dual heart shape pendant suspended from a heavylink chain. As it relates to the chain - the consignor, who has 45+ years in the antique business said this was sterling. The man who offer against me at the sale stated the chain was sterling and hand-craftedHopi. That said, the chain isunmarked so I will guarantee it is sterling or a high content of silver such as 900 or something close.

According toonline sources, Bob Secakuku began producing jewelry in 1972 after studying under hisuncle, Lawrence Saufkie. Saufkie, a renowned Hopi artist, was instrumentalin the growth of Hopi jewelry andmentor to many of today\'s top silversmiths. You can see that Bob took instruction well.

As photographed in the first gallery image, it measures approximately 13-5/8\" long. The total length of the chain is 23-3/4\".The length of theheart set withturquoise measures approximately 1-3/8\" long and 1-1/4\" wide at the largest points. The larger heart set with thecoral measures approximately 2-1/2\" long and 2-3/8\" wide at the largest points. It weighs 74 grams. Both of the pendants are marked BS on either side (sixth image in the gallery).

It is in excellent readyto wear condition.
