Full Size 1:1 Wearable Helmet Kit

This is an Easyflo 120 polyurethane resin cast Boba Fett helmet. Its approx. 74cm outside, 64cm inside taking into account the indented mandibles (cheeks).

It is a raw cast but the detail is fantastic. Naturally it will need a bit of sanding, filling an odd blemish, priming and painting. The final few pictures (for reference only) shows the building process to a completed version. The range finder stalk is reinforced with a steel shaft then encased in resin and the top range finder piece is already pre-holed to attach the stalk.
