Used, in good condition. Does show some wear and has a few chips, nothing overall deterring from the teapot. Use your judgement about using for drinks or just as wonderful decoration.

I ship within 1 (one) business day of cleared payment and I always tend to over pack my items to ensure a safe delivery. I ship daily with exception after 2pm on Fridays until Monday morning. These are not considered Business Days. I do not ship on holidays, mostly because there is no mail service. I will ship you your item on the next day that has mail service after the holiday.

You may request shipping insurance on any item that I ship to you, but it will be an additional cost to you; please wait for an updated invoice from me reflecting the addition of the insurance you requested.

Any item that sells for over 100 dollars will automatically receive insurance at the buyer\'s cost. Again please wait for an invoice from me that reflects this additional charge.

I use USPS Priority Mail and any of my items that are under a pound are listed as 1 pound and under for shipping. I do not make money off of shipping.

There is a $2 Handling Fee and is NON REFUNDABLE.

Returns:

I do my best to provide an accurate description of each item. If you feel as if my description is not accurate, please contact me before just returning it or filing a claim through or PayPal.

In the event my description and/or pictures are completely inaccurate, I will send you a refund- within 14 days of you receiving the item and contacting me about any problem(s).

After I receive the item back in the same condition it was in when I shipped it to you, your refund will be for the original purchase price only- not including the original shipping costs. The buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

**If an item is damaged or broken by you, I am not responsible and will not accept the return. I will not accept a return based on buyer\'s remorse- if you are not positive you want the item, please do not purchase or offer.**

A-Good-Find-Depotis a store where I list the treasures I have found in my travels out and about. I look for family treasures worthy of passing along in the hopes of helping and pleasing others.

I obtain my items from various sources and while I do clean each item before listing it, please use your judgment and discretion as to whether the item needs to be washed or more thoroughly cleaned (Ex., stuffed animals, dishes, knickknacks, etc.) when you receive it. As a lot of my items are used, I do not know what they have been exposed to-scents and odors included- over the years. For example, some items may have that antique smell, a musty smell and/or the odor of cigarettes, cigars or a pipe.

As stated above- I do clean each item but in some circumstances I can\'t remove an odor that has permeated certain materials such as books, cardboard and any type of surface that can\'t be washed. If I personally detect any odor, I will do all that I am able to do to remove it. If I am unsuccessful, I will put it in my description exactly what I have smelled. All items are lightly cleaned, and during my possession, are from a smoke-free home. I do have pets; however they do not have access to my store room.

If you are looking for a new to almost new item that is completely scratch/dent/odor free- please think twice before offerding on anything that is listed as used. Unless stated otherwise in the listing as such. These are one of a kind pieces and I don\'t have duplicates. Occasionally I will find New items in duplicates and they will be listed as such.

With all that being said, my used items are odor free (unless otherwise stated) and in good, very good or excellent condition. So please use both my description and pictures to know exactly what you are offerding on. The item pictured is the item that you will receive. I do not use stock photos.
