Precision Inch and Metricscale allows for precise cuts. Recessed paper guide allows exact alignment .Heavy duty wood base with parts diagram stapled to bottom, also hasrubber feet to prevent sliding ormarring. Safety features include finger guard, tension spring blade and blade lock.
