Here is a very rare set of 12 Boyds Danbury Mint metal ornaments. They are beautiful! I am not sure if they were ever displayed, they look new to me. They are designed after the early Boyds Bearstones. The names of the Bearstones are on the back of each one. The two I have photos of are Born to Shop, and Bailey and Wixie...To Have and to Hold.. Around the outside rim of each piece is etched the saying that goes along with the Bearstone. They are made of two separate pieces welded together to give them a dimensional look. Born to Shop measures 3\" top to bottom, and 2 1/2\" from side to side. One has the year 2002 on it. Verrrrry unique Boyds pieces. Smoke-free and pet-free home.
