A masterpiece in finely hand crafted Heirloom Porcelain \"A Day At The Races\" presents a lovely Victorian inspired bell enhanced with Lena Liu\'s Classic Chinz pattern. This stylish lady is hand painted in soft matte and gloss finishes and enhanced with 22k gold accents. Luxurious marabou feathers trim the hat for the elegant finishing touch.

She measures 6 1/2\" tall x 4 1/4\" across bottom of bell.
