This is a Bradford Exchange Plate.

It is approximately 5-1/2\" x 7-1/4\" x 2-1/2\". It I heavy and very sturdy with a hanger on the back.

It has two swans in the inside on a pond with water lilies and greenery behind them.

On the outside it has jewels, flowers and gold accents.
