Sales Tax

For all items delivered within the State of Florida or picked up in person, we are required to collect Florida Sales Tax at the rate specified for Hillsborough County, currently 7% of the selling price and shipping/handling. Unless the purchaser provides a copy to us by email of a current Form DR-13 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax, in the name of the purchaser, we will charge 7% Florida Sales Tax on the purchase. The name on the DR-13 must be shown on the shipping name and address.

Exemption from Florida Sales Tax cannot be provided for deliveries within Florida even when the purchaser may be exempt in their resident State or Country. Only Florida Form DR-13 will be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

If you pay by credit card, we will only ship to your billing address. If you wish to have your item shipped to a US address, we can do so only if you pay with a method OTHER THAN a credit card.

Buyer is required to cover insurance cost for the higher-end items. We try to coordinate the appropriate shipping cost with insurance included, but if the listed shipping does not cover all of the insurance we will inform you before charging.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event of a return, PLEASE contact us before opening a case. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

If an identifying mark, inclusion, or defect are visible in the images, it is considered DISCLOSED to the buyer. You are responsible for viewing and enlarging all of the images. The images often disclose the condition of the item better than verbiage.
