Breyer original \"Stablemate\" sized (approximately 3 x 4 inches) Friesian Stablemate mold. Resculpted and repainted to be rearing Gypsy Vanner Stallion. Original neck and tail removed. Neck neck sculpted. Ears carved out. Mouth opened with teeth barred. Original mane, forelocks, and tail removed. Front and hind legs repositioned and resculpted. Foot feathering added. Hooves carved. Shoulders and chest muscles sculpted. New flowing full tail sculpted. Horse is sculpted to a base for stability.
Done in acrylics and pastels. Multiple layers of combined airbrushing, pastelling, and handpainting. Base color in white. Bi colored black and white pie bald markings with mapping and edging. Shading darker in the musculature and over the body. Flesh mottled pink on the muzzle and bottom lip. Foot feathering shaded and antiqued for staining. Flesh shaded muzzle with black mottling. One brown eye and one blue eye with pupils done in highest detail. Eye whites and white lash line. Mane in white and black coloration mixture while tail is solid black. Hooves in natural antiqued coloration.

Painted in acrylics and sealed in a matt sealer. Inside and outside of nose, mouth, hooves, and eyes glossed. Artist signature and date under hind leg. Green grass in tiny scale covers the surface of the base.
