The obverse of this gilt pendant (or fob) has a bust of King George IIII, with his name and title along the rim. The other side features an image of St. George on horseback slaying the dragon, with the date 1823. The somewhat fancy \'loop\' is attached such that the dated side is upright. This item has no mark for manufacturer or composition, but it is composed of a nonmagnetic metal with a gilt surface treatment. Itmeasures approximately 32 x 36 mm (1-1/4 x 1-3/8\").

This item is in very good condition, with very light wear and some signs of handling, and it remains a bright gold color.
