This knife has a really interesting opening/closing method. To open the knife you must pull open the knife with the nail nick. Once the knife is open it locks in place. In order to release the lock you push the lever down and it becomes a spring button, you push the button and the lock is released then you can push the blade back into the handle.
Very cool, Unusual and Rare Japanese made knife!
