This is for a circa 1900 American Oxydonor No. 2 by Dr. Hercules Sanche of Detroit, Michigan. It is elaborately engraved with various late 19th century patent dates. The 3.5\" (8.9cm) plated brass canister is designed to be immersed in water while connected by copper wire to a terminal strapped to the patient\'s ankle for a \"Diaductive Cure\". The apparatus contains the storage container, canister, terminal, strap and copper wire. The parts are in very fine condition without dents, dings or repairs. The box is probably not original and has a tear in the top. A very nice piece of medical- surgical quackery.Seeimages for condition. Questions are welcome.
