All The Facts & Condition: As-Titled (Antique "Edwardian" to "Art Deco" Eras; c. 1910s-1920s); As Always, PLEASE refer to My Photographs above for Detailed Images of what you will receive in the Post; With BOTH Alabaster Egg and Fitted Gilt Lions Paw Footed Stand being Unsigned/Unbranded (Vendor/Manufacturer "Unknown"); Likely either Italian or French in terms of origin; As photographed above this wonderfully shaped Alabaster Egg is heavily polished and refracts the light amazingly well --- resembling a "Natural Egg"; Most unusual is its fitted Gilt Metal Stand, which is considered either "Neoclassical" or "French Ormolu" in terms of Stylized Design; This wonderfully detailed, pierced and heavily embossed Stand rests atop THREE Lions Paw Feet; "Very Good" to "Excellent" Condition; As pictured, Stand remains in PERFECT Condition, with Albaster Egg displaying a few TINY "nibbles" or "chips" normative for Alabaster pieces of this age; Per Consignor, this piece was her Grandmother's and dates to the aforementioned time period --- Truly a unique piece to add to your collection!
